As a Project Manager for heat solutions, you will be a key player in our mission to redefine the future of energy, helping establish our company as a leader in the adoption of sustainable technologies for heat production and management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee heat-related projects, including hydraulic systems, heat pumps, and composting systems.
- Ensure that solutions comply with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
- Select and manage suppliers and contractors for material, component, and equipment supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company and quality of products/services.
- Manage the project budget, continuously monitoring costs to ensure the project stays within the established financial limits.
- Ensure all project documentation (contracts, permits, designs, progress reports, etc.) is complete and up-to-date.
Competency Profile:
- Education: Degree in Engineering, Energy, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in project management in the heat, renewable energy, or hydraulic sectors, preferably with hands-on experience in thermal plants, heat pumps, or renewable energy heating systems.
- Project Management: Strong skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to clearly present complex ideas and persuade stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German, English, and Italian, both written and spoken.

Ability to perform practical tasks such as electrical installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting safely and efficiently;
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring plans to understand the layout and functioning of electrical systems;
Willingness to attend training courses and continuously update knowledge and skills to keep up with technological developments and industry regulations;

Main Responsibilities:
- Create and implement long-term and short-term marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services.
- Develop marketing content (brochures, articles, presentations, press releases, social media content) that highlights the company’s ecological and technological solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' strategies, adjusting the company’s marketing activities to market dynamics.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest modifications to improve results.
Competency Profile:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or social media management are an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in technology, energy, or renewable energy companies.
- Specific Knowledge: Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Brand Strategy,Content Marketing
